Chef Pete has created delicious events to tempt and treat your tatstebuds!

“Big Night” is the feature film for Chef Pete’s Cooking Class Movie Night on Saturday, May 18 at11:30 a.m. After the film, Chef Pete will teach you how to prepare La Zuppa, Consommé with garganelli, peas and escarole, Primi Seafood Risotto,Timpano and Boca Negra. Cost is only $35 per person ~ enjoy the movie, learn to prepare all these dishes and enjoy this big meal. Mangia!

On Saturday, June 1 join your Walden friends for the Rosé Brown Bag Wine Dinner. Bring a bottle of your favorite Rosé, and enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a paired three course meal. Hors d’oeuvres begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:15 p.m. Cost is $35 per person for the following decadent menu:

Hors D’oeuvres:

Pissaladière, Socca (Chickpea Crepes) and Stuffed Squash Blossoms


Bourride (Provençal Fish Stew), Rouille and Croutons

Main Dish

Local Rabbit, Olives, Thyme and Polenta

Hey grillmasters, get ready! On Saturday, June 8 at 11:30 a.m. we will be grilling on the Bogey Bar Deck. Only $35 per person, here’s the menu:

Parma Prosciutto with Grilled Asparagus, Toma Cheese, Arugula and Virgin Olive Oil


Spring Salad with Grilled Onion, Strawberry and Pumpkin Seeds

Main Dish

Grilled Scallops with English Peas, Pork Belly and Brown Butter Sauce
