Sunday, September 22, may mark the official beginning of fall. But as far as I am concerned, there are only two times of year: oyster season, and those dark, sad, sans-shellfish days. Happily, now that September is here and quite a few “R” months ahead of us, we’ve emerged from our oyster deprivation chamber with our shuckin’ knives sharpened. Whether that means slurping down a tray of big, juicy Pemaquids on the half-shell with a cold bud, or delicately savoring a tiny Kumamoto with a flute full of bubbles, we’re ready to indulge you.
So join us at the Club this weekend for some beautiful bivalves and your favorite beverage
We will also be featuring Maine Lobster Rolls, and Bar Harbor Mussels if oysters are not your thing (poor you)
