Thanksgiving is about giving thanks for our blessings and sharing. Sharing a delicious meal with those we love. Sharing stories and laughter as we leisurely indulge in our favorite traditional dishes (and return for seconds and thirds).
Join us Thursday, November 22, 2012 when Chef Pete and his talented team put their twist on Thanksgiving classics. This year’s Thanksgiving Buffet features a savory carving station with local pasture raised turkey, prime rib and Lake Erie walleye baked in brioche with tarragon butter sauce. The holiday buffet will be filled with delectable dishes including red kuri pumpkin bisque with candied pumpkin seeds, a variety of seasonal salads, “Twigs and Berries,” a charcuterie platter, green beans, candied sweet potatoes, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, sourdough bread stuffing with sausage with apples, sage and caramelized onions, and more. Be sure to leave room for dessert as no Thanksgiving meal is complete without pumpkin pie, pecan pie and our infamous persimmon pudding.
Seatings are in the Clubhouse at 1 & 3 p.m.
