Earth & Water, Kapha Yoga – For calm, balanced level people

Air & Space, Vata Yoga – For quick thinkers, people on the move

Fire & Water, Pitta Yoga –For witty people who like change

Join Candace in a 45-minute Kapha Yoga class. This class helps restore the Kapha Dosha by creating a powerful flow practice that is focused around building the heat. This class will incorporate lots of sun salutations to harmonize with this specific constitute. Don’t know your dosha? No problem come and enjoy the Kapha class and see what feels right for your body.
