Gentle Yoga

Description: This gentle yoga practice is performed sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Each class will include a series of stretches, yoga postures, and guided breathing & relaxation. Receive the benefits of strength, flexibility, relaxation, and connection of mind, body, and spirit.
