“Yin, Relax & Restore” – Kris Radzanowski guest instructor from EssentialZen
Time: 5:30-6:30pm (Pre-Registration is required for this event)
In this Experience Movement Class apart of Walden’s 2nd Annual Wellness Event Kris will lead you through a combination of Yin grounded yoga taught with a twist of restorative. Yin is a practice of holding deep stretches supported in comfort by bolsters, blankets, and blocks. These poses will aid in opening some of our primary joints and restore a sense of peace. The guided meditations during each pose will focus on the acupuncture meridians of the body. Some poses may need to be modified if concerns with the knees shoulders or hips. Leave with a restored body, open hips, and a cleared mind.
