I wanted to share with you and your team how memorable and special our Spa and Inn stay was this past weekend. Although we all traveled only 10 minutes to get there, the luxurious treatment by each team member we interacted with was consistent and visible and made us feel like we were hundreds of miles away from our usual day to day. The numerous special touches each team member provided was recognizable. Everyone was familiar with our group and what we were celebrating and were readily willing and able to anticipate our needs. This service level stands out to me as world class. Sherry who did my spa service, demonstrated she was not only an expert in this industry but as much an expert in customer service. Each receptionist at the Spa made each one of us feel like we were VIPs.
On Saturday night, Mike and AJ continuously showed a genuine duty of care from our arrival to our room, coordinating transportation to dinner and back. Their interest in who we were and how they could make our stay meaningful was truly remarkable. From our arrival into the spa, transportation convenience, amazing culinary dining at The Barn, room amenities, breakfast before our departure in the snow, and the team members that cleaned off our cars, each part made our stay an unforgettable experience that we look forward to making an annual tradition! You should be proud of the service and experience level the Walden team executes as it truly exceeded our expectations.
