Walden Participates at Dinner in the Dark
Monday, March 19th Walden participated in Dinner in the Dark at Amp 150; A benefit event for the families of the Chardon tragedy. Walden provided two dishes a savory and a sweet for the event. The savory was a goat cheese soufflé served in an egg shell with Newsome’s country ham, pickled beets and Appalachian allspice. The sweet was a trio of spring flavored meringues maple, black walnut and rhubarb.
All proceeds from these dinners will help aid the victims that were involved in the Chardon shooting.
