WALDEN YOGA RETREAT

A weekend to immerse yourself in the yoga practice, surround yourself with friends, and pamper yourself with time for reflection and contemplation. Charry and Yiannis will co-lead the weekend. They will be available to offer insight and guidance on and off the mat throughout the weekend, according to your own specific needs. There is no set goal or destination for this weekend immersion, but rather, a time to explore where you are on this life’s journey. We have built the weekend to include physical practice, mental and energetic work, philosophy and personal inquiry. There is also time to sit down, sharesome incredible vegan and vegetarian food, and gather in the beautiful setting of Inn Walden. As always, treatment time at Spa Walden is highly encouraged! This weekend is truly about, and for, you. Please join us!
