On Thursday, November 24, 2011, join us at The Clubhouse to celebrate Thanksgiving with your nearest and dearest.
Thanksgiving is perhaps the greatest of all American traditions. It is a time to settle in with those you love and give thanks for the tremendous blessings we enjoy every day. At Walden, the fireplace is warm and our Thanksgiving Buffet will be brimming with artfully prepared and delicious dishes.
Our fine chefs will be cooking up Aaron Miller’s pasture raised turkeys, house cured Alaskan salmon with pumpernickel and traditional garnishes, red kuri pumpkin bisque with candied pumpkin seeds, wild boar pâté with pistachios, and our exclusive sourdough bread stuffing with sausage, apples, sage and caramelized onions. However, this is not all we have to offer. Make a reservation for your loved ones to sample all of the plentiful delights our chefs lay on the table. And after a savory dinner, do not forget about our house made pies and the ever loved persimmon pudding.
Seating’s are at 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M.
