Coastal Vines uses the finest California Grapes to make the finest California wine. Owner Fred Franiza is as meticulous with his grape selection as he is with the delicate process of fermenting them. Franzia is the largest land owner in California with many wineries operating under his watchful eye. He has selected the Coastal Vines wines specifically for fine restaurants. This is only one more reason to enjoy a relaxing glass here with us at Walden: you won’t find it anywhere else.

For a winter after dinner treat, I suggest the Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a full-bodied and smooth taste that has been described by reviewers as “soft” and “excellent.” It is sure to warm you from the inside out. Ask the staff at any of our dining establishments for a taste. It won’t be your last.
