Charging Practice represents the latest expression of an Asana-centric practicum born of Sri Dharma Mittra’s 50 years of intense and constant practice and study of yoga. Sri Dharma continues to refine and supercharge the traditional yoga he received to make it as relevant and as efficient as possible for the world of today. Session to include vigorous and longer held yoga postures and sequences, mantra, Pranayama and a rich experience of Yoga Nidra. When we truly relax as in Yoga Nidra, a great amount of healing can take place both on the physical and subtle levels. This class will serve as a chance to experience many elements of Dharma Yoga and will constitute a complete practice.

This class provides a unique opportunity to learn the essence of yoga directly from living Yoga Master Sri Dharma Mittra. In combination with Yoga Nidra, this makes for a potent mixture. Years of dedicated study and service to humanity have led Sri Dharma to some realizations regarding the nature of life and the nectar of intelligence behind all things. True spiritual knowledge can only be imparted psychically. This session is a rare opportunity to receive knowledge orally, as well.

Dharma Yoga Nidra provides instant, PURE ENERGY not found in food or energy drinks, and this energy is 100% natural. One session equals 1-3 hours of deep sleep, one hour of meditation or two hours of Yogic exercises (Asana), but is superior to them all. Soon, you will go beyond ordinary consciousness to where your thoughts become powerful and creative. The after effects of the practice are similar to those one experiences after a good, deep sleep. One feels really energized and positive. Deep Psychic Purification or Yoga Nidra is for the person of the future who gets his or her energy from within, rather than from outside. An ideal Yogic blend of practices guaranteed to yield instant psychic ENERGY. Divinely selected Yogic techniques practiced under the guidance of an expert teacher will lead to incredible physical, mental and spiritual results. The students will have a chance to experience a broad selection of the best, easiest and most efficient of the breathing techniques (Pranayama), mantras, postures (Asana), meditation and deep healing relaxation.

Maha Sadhana will open with the chanting of Divine mantras, including the greatest of all mantras, the Om. Esoteric wisdom will then be shared to help set the right vibration for practice and help you make swift progress on the spiritual path. A complete expression of Asana will follow, including the most efficient and best of all the postures. After a brief period of relaxation, the main breathing exercise (Pranayama) will be taught and practiced. The class includes a rich experience of guided meditation in Shavasana. The class concludes with an opportunity to offer postures in a joyous atmosphere of celebration. Constant practice leads to success.
