Winding Down: A Restorative Sound Bath

As autumn winds down and the holiday season begins to pick up, take a pause before the busyness begins. This immersive sound bath offers space to slow down, settle in, and reconnect with yourself through sound and stillness. 

Led by Nadeen, sound practitioner, this experience weaves together a unique blend of instruments and vocals to create a restorative sound journey designed to support relaxation, balance, and inner recalibration. 

Come as you are and give yourself permission to simply rest, receive, and be.
